The Latin American Venture Capital Association cordially invites you to the 2009 Colombia Private Capital Forum, to be held at Club El Nogal in Bogotá, Colombia on November 19th. The only major event focusing on private capital in Colombia, the Forum will feature global fund managers and limited partners looking to invest large amounts of capital in Colombia’s private sector, as well as local players that have in-depth knowledge of the Colombian market.

Colombia is quickly becoming the second-most exciting market in Latin American private equity, with at least five local active funds and a number of global funds increasing their Colombian presence. The country’s first venture capital fund is also in fundraising mode, signaling the success of a number of organizations promoting entrepreneurship and angel investment.
