Aaron Marcus, President, Aaron Marcus and Associates, Inc., Berkeley, California, USA, reports on the Green Machine, a prototype iphone application that is designed to persuade users to save home energy use. AM+A combined information design and persuasion design in the design of the content and user interface to achieve a user experience that educates and persuaades.
