Our Mission To Educate and empower women to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle

This is the 5th year the event will take place. We are in the beginning stages of planning for 2010. We are looking for sponsorships and presenters who speak under the umbrella of wellness, body, mind, spirit.

Our goal is to bring women of all ages, backgrounds, interests and walks of life, to experience a weekend where they can rejuvenate, have fun, gain knowledge and develop relationships both personally and professionally. Typically the women who attend are also looking for ways to live a healthier lifestyle.

This will be the 5th annual retreat. In the past 4 years between 35-60 people have attended each year. As of today we have already registered six people paid in full and several other calls of interest. We haven’t even started our marketing campaign yet. For the 2010 retreat we anticipate between 60-80 women to attend. We had excellent reviews and we already know that over 60% of last year’s attendees are looking to return for the 2010 retreat. For the 2009 event we grew by over 40% from the previous year. I believe that says a lot about the value and substance of our retreat.

The age and background of our participants is very wide. We’ve had business owners, to independent reps, corporate employees, retirees to stay-at-home moms, and with a wide array of ages starting at 24 years of age to 60+. Majority of the women reside in the western metro area, however we reached as far as central Wisconsin, southern Minnesota and north of the Twin Cities Metro Area.

We are looking for businesses who believe in our cause and who also share in our mission statement. We would like to partner with these companies to further benefit both of our endeavors in business.

A specific item of interest is a Fashion and Image Consultant to put on a presentation surrounding the topic of a positive image and fashion.
