DIFSC is an annual conference organized by the Food Control Department of Dubai Municipality and is supported by the Ministry of Environment and Water in UAE, International Association for Food Protection, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority and UAE University. This is the only conference in the Middle East where participants have the opportunity to get in depth information about food safety.Workshops, symposia, technical sessions, training classes and poster presentations during the conference will feature more than 100 presenters. More than a thousand people attended the conference in 2009 and we expect the number to be higher in 2010.
