IOF 2010 will provide an ideal opportunity for senior executives charged with outsourcing responsibilities to meet major outsourcing supplier organisations from all over the world. IOF will also allow Investment Promotion Agencies(IPAs) to promote the benefits of using their region as a viable sourcing solution to large multinational companies, while promoting their local outsourcing partners.

Delegates from various industries including BFSI, telecom and retail will be present at the forum. The supplier’s solutions will range from application development and infrastructure support on the IT side to F&A, customer services and transaction processing on the BPO side as well as up and coming outsourcing solutions such as design and engineering. While, from the IPA's perspective factors such as labour arbitrage, digital infrastructure, language capability and other areas that are imperative in selecting a sourcing location shall be discussed.
