The Act of Leadership is a perfect follow up for people who have taken CTI courses... These courses brilliantly teach coaches how to be over there with the client, really homing in on expanding the magnificent lives of the people they coach. This workshop, created by Eric Kohner (senior leader for CTI), focuses the coach on who they need to be in order to be powerfully great leaders and coaches. This is all done in a deep, playful environment, using acting skills to develop your true authentic self.

This two-day course is designed to train you in the same powerful skills used by great actors and directors... You can expect your experience to be vigourous, in-the-body learning where you will practice and apply actor-training methods to create your role as leader. And you will have a retreat centre atmosphere to explore the wild, zany, shy, scared parts of yourself to manifest what is dynamic about... YOU.
