  • Rob, This is a great topic. With my transition to the role of overseeing MG's Yahoo! partnership we are transiting the way we sell to an audience based model. It's new to our sellers and most of our customers. Setting customer expectations and then consulting with the customer to meet those expectations is an important part of the sales process.
