“Organizations…overlook sustainability at the very heart of the organization—their employees’
personal sustainability.” Personal sustainability is not about how much they recycle on the job or at their house. It means how genuinely sustainable are they in their daily life---at home and at work; i.e., what is it that sustains them from within. Your personal sustainability will determine how effective you will be at home and work. This professional development event is cosponsored by the CSU Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, the Business, Engineering, and Urban Alumni Chapters of the CSU Alumni Association.
