The Appreciative Project Manager Workshop
After 15 years of practice in Project Management, and 5 years practicing Appreciative Inquiry, I decided to share the benefits of combining the two approaches. This allows project managers to get better creativy out of their projects, achieve more ambitious results, and facilitate skateholder buy-in. This workshop is the first to combine the two methodologies. It is structured in 2 sessions of 2 days. It is itself built on a 4D Appreciative Inquiry cycle : Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny. Participants will benefits with new "appreciative tools" to increase the impact of their projects.
