The next BayAPLN event will be a Special Event on April 7th. Amr Elssamadisy, author of Agile Adoption Patterns: A Roadmap to Organizational Success, will be running a tutorial on the topic of his book.

This is an in-depth and interactive event on HOW TO adopt different practices successfully, i.e. how to get from “I want to do this practice” to “I’m doing it and getting obvious value”. We will also discuss the business value delivered, the context where each practice is most effective, what happens when things go wrong and how you can diagnose these difficulties.
