AIIA Queensland Luncheon April 2009
OSR's Revenue Management System providing e-government services
Guest Speaker: David Smith, Commissioner for State Revenue.
David will outline the Office of State Revenue's work in delivering and administering simple, efficient and equitable revenue management services. A key focus will be on OSR's work in positioning itself as a leading agency delivering e-government services with excellent client support and firm and fair enforcement. In particular, David will speak on the development of OSR's Revenue Management System which, when completed, will offer clients a one-stop shop for all taxation and grants and subsidy e-lodgement and e-payment needs.
