Biography: Srikanth (Sri) (or you can use Mr. Iyer - your choice) graduated with a Bachelor degree in Finance from The University of Bombay (India) in 1989. He obtained his Chartered Cost and Works Accountant designation in 1990. Sri graduated with an MBA in Applied Finance and Statistics from Rutgers Graduate School of Management (New Jersey) in 1994.

In 1994 he joined Global Value Investors, Inc. in Princeton NJ as a Quantitative Research Analyst. In 1998 was promoted to Director of Quantitative Research and Associate Portfolio Manager, where he developed proprietary Global bottom up and top down linear/non-linear alpha systems.

In 2001 he joined Guardian Capital in Toronto as Director of Portfolio Engineering and Vice President Research. In 2006 was transferred to head up the formal launch of the Global Investment Management Team for the institutional marketplace. Based upon his team's track record of managing global and domestic equities, in 2007 Guardian Capital launched a suite 5 domestic and global 130/30 solutions. Sri is a member of Guardian's Strategic Investment Committee.
