1979 Cessna 172 Skyhawk II 160HP with GPS at the South West Hangers (DVT) Phoenix Social Flying Club
Very nice, original condition Cessna. This bird has been stored inside it whole life. Paint and interior are in great condition. Low hours, about 2720 TT and 1290 MOH. This plane is in great flying condition with all records since new. MUST SEE! The other 4 members hardly fly but really pay great attention to any little details whatsoever. All maintenance completed at Westwind /Atlantic.
This is an excellent opportunity to fly at a very low cost. Monthly dues are only $85. This covers all the fixed cost i.e., hangar, insurance, licensing, and so on. Dry Rate is $45 and cover maintenance. There is a CFI in the club that is very reasonable with flight training hours, if needed. The plane uses 6-7 g.p.h. Please do your research, you will not find a better priced plane that can be flown for so little, all while have the access to a flight instructor and stored in a the South hangers.
Share rotation works by each member having a priorty week and must call other member for use when not your priority week. This has never been a problem because the other 4 members fly about 5 hours a month. Any assesments are based by 1/5 share and not by hours flown.
