This workshop aims to demystify Strategic Crisis Management and help participants learn the principles to develop crisis management plans, systems and processes in order to minimize the potential damage to their organizations. In particular the program will focus on the need for effective communications and planning in a crisis situation through interactive role-plays and and discussions.
This two-day program helps prepare directors and managers to be alert to simmering problems, develop a considered and strategic plan, and communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, the media and government officials during a disaster situation.
To support and integrate learning, the workshop will review a number of case studies from international and local companies from a range of industries and professions in China.
