this venue doesn't work any longer. the place was way too crowded last time. too many people and too little space. it was a complete waste of time. find a better space or count me out.

Thanks for your thought Bill, however there is plenty of space available upstairs at this venue that has not been tapped into yet, and I plan on doing some speed networking up there. Look forward to seeing you :)
I have attended all of the Rock Bottom events and have always come away with some quality contacts. It has been getting a little crowded but Lewis is right, most people never realized that there is a HUGE upstairs. You should post signs or make an announcement. I usually go up there to take a breather. Great event though... See you all there (I'll be upstairs :)

You know, this last event I came away with less pics because I spent way more time with some quality people beating my gums. I guess that is why we come to these things. The choke points seem to be around the food area and the bar (small wonder) but the upstairs area is totally untapped. Well attended events like this are similar to a well organized marathon: You sharpen your elbows for the start and by the time you reach the end you find that you've bumped into some interesting people and had a good time. I'm in.

I would love to learn more about how I can actually get involved. I live right next door to this event, in the StoneBridge building, and so I could easily swing by and help set-up etc..
