This discussion group is designed for business owners, office managers, HR professionals, or anyone else assigned to handle employee relations for their company.

The purpose of the discussion group is give managers an opportunity to meet once a month to share a challenging HR issue that they are currently experiencing with 7 - 10 other managers who handle employee relations issues, in a confidential setting, and ask for feedback and direction on how best to handle the situation. Each discussion group will be facilitated by one or two Sr. Human Resources Managers from All Things HR.

Examples of issues that may be discussed are those relating to: • Reviews • Performance Management • Progressive Discipline • Attitude and behavior issues • Culture issues • New Hire issues • Layoffs • Conflict Resolution • Reorganizations

All those participating in the discussion group must sign a Confidentiality Agreement, to ensure that the situations and issues discussed will not leave the room.
