Performance Coach Patrick Ward will be speaking this Sunday, March 22nd along with with Coach Bill Strachan of AZtech Human Performance Training at The Original Hamburger Works in Phoenix from 6pm to 8pm.
Coach Bill will be teaching you how to write your own marathon/half-marathon training program and Coach Patrick will help you prepare a strength training program to complement your running plan.
