FilmUtah Magazine is a non-profit organization and the only publication of its kind in Utah that promotes Utah media professionals to producers and production companies outside of the state! FilmUtah is completely endorsed and supported by the Utah Film Commission and is distributed free to industry and trade professionals, especially independent, US film and television producers. It is marketed and distributed through film festivals, the Utah Film Commission and film industry expos throughout the US and overseas.
The primary goal of FilmUtah Magazine is to be an advertising outlet for Utah film professionals and production service companies. Editorial content will emphasize State of Utah economic development incentives, film commission news, shooting schedules for all areas of the state and featured film professionals and/or service providers.
The second goal of FilmUtah Magazine is to attract more production to Utah and increase the economic impact in the overall Utah economy.
Congratulations brother! I will put it on the calendar, but I don't think I will be able to attend due to having a family. LOL! I can't pick up and go like I used to my friend. The Twins graduated HS this year and I will have to call and give you an update as to what's going on with me. You are the man and I am so proud of you! God bless!
John, congratulation on your endeavor. I really wish I could attend but I've got an A-List writer interested in polishing a script of mine and we're pretty involved at the moment. However, I do plan on doing some skiing this year and will hopefully get the opportunity to visit. I skied the Austrian Alps in January and got the bug again. I wish you much success. Freddy

John - Congrats on the launch of the magazine! We've been threatening to go skiing out west, so maybe January will be the time. It's a lifetime away in my world of kids and work, so I will have to get back to you :-)
