We all know that market conditions are challenging, and many of us working in the finance and related IT and consulting industries have experienced job losses or insecurity, and significant losses on our personal savings and investments. There are two ways of approaching this situation:

We will cover topics including the components of a market, and how a typical FX contract is traded. We will also discuss an option trade, and break it down into 'Greeks'.
