I just went on the site, and the early bird price was $895. Maybe they've recently lowered the registration fee.
I am very interested in attending...but that $1450 price tag seems extremely high. Not sure I know anyone in this economic climate who is willing to shell out that kind of cash for a design conference.

Looks interesting however $1450 + another $500-800 for travel and lodging is prohibitive and neither my wife nor my boss are likely to approve that expense report.
