Andrew is a proven executive and strategist in human capital management. Founded in 2006, Aspen is dedicated to advancing the human capital plans of sustainable and globally conscious organizations. As objective consultants, Aspen helps companies of all sizes determine the right mix of human capital, technology, training, vendors, and process to create the right workforce formula. Prior to Aspen, Andrew had a history of engineering, logistics, and brand management experiences, and most recently staffing experience by leading recruiting for a division of Honeywell International, and directing the sourcing and research departments of Banister International, an executive search/project staffing organization.

Prior to starting her own firm she served as Sr. Director – Corporate and Administrative Systems at OfficeMax, Sr. Manager – HRIS at Sears Holdings Corporation and HRIS Manager at RR Donnelley among other key roles. Jacqueline is the immediate Past Chair of IHRIM, has a standing column in the IHRIM Link and is quoted in many business publications on HR Technology strategy and trends.

Shirley is currently serving in an organizational transformation role. Her experience includes leading an HR systems team and project management. She has led major initiatives aimed at improving business processes and system effectiveness.
