ISB&M, under the leadership of Dr. Pramod Kumar convenes an annual 2-day HR Conference, ‘HR Share‘ where industry leaders are invited to discuss and debate on Emerging trends in Human Resource Management. HR Share 2009 theme is “Survive Outperform and Succeed: New HR Architecture in shaping the upturn” The HR Conference is an initiative of the students and an example of its student-driven culture.
