The Enneagram has an ancient spiritual meaning manifested over thousands of years. The Enneagram system describes nine distinct personality types and their interrelationships. Based on these nine strategies it will show you different ways how to escape the helplessness and anxieties we’re experiencing with everyday’s life in order to live a life more authentic and self determined.

What’s the purpose of this workshop?

Learning about your personality type helps you to develop your self-awareness and to be able to break unhealthy and conditioned behaviourisms. You understand your blind spots and why you over and over again have the same reactions, fears and patterns.

By enhancing your self awareness you can exercise choices about your functioning rather engaging yourself in old known unhappy patterns of thoughts, emotion and behaviour.

You will have suddenly a different understanding with the people how are close to you. Would it not be wonderful, if you could be tolerant towards your husband / wife / children or friends because you understand their motivation and why they act like they do? Imagine that you could just take your child in your arms because you have a deep understanding about its fear and its acting out based on its personality type?

This workshop is perfect for everyone, who wants to learn about him/herself. There will be some theory and some experiential work.

The workshop leader is Sandra Kopp-Herrarte. Sandra moved two years ago with her family from Germany to Sonoma. As a Communication Trainer and Consultant she has a long-term experience in TA (Transactional Analysis), Enneagram and Systemic Family Constellations related to Bert Hellinger.

Sandra is currently participating in a two year program educating herself further in the field of Gestalt Therapy with the Gestalt Institute in San Francisco.
