As you know Bob is at the top of the pay plan the company even put in some extra levels for him to achieve, when he started he worked the business part time around his teaching job and a part time job as a mechanic together with other chalanges later in his business when he became a full time single parent of two teenage kids his biggest cheque was £67k for one month, he won the Porche Boxter and Distributor of the year, awards from Dsa in the UK last year.
