Ooooohhh the day before the release date that's been floating around the web lol :) Look forward to hearing you speak Tim.
Can someone please post the TimeZone for this? EST, PST?
can anyone record this event and post the file, as I am in a different time zone at it not be possible to attend this event live.
This is PDT. Pacific Daylight savings Time. Which is what PST has in the summer. It's the timezone of LA, SF etc. We will record this event likg we record all our events and post the recording in lidnug.org
Can someone please send me a .VCS file I can put this on my calendar? I'm logging in from Amsterdam, Netherlands, and this is a weird time for me.
@Pinaki & @All, there's a live calendar available which will convert the timezone for you and apply it correctly for yourself. Calendar Links HTML: http://isaacabraham.calendar.live.com/calendar/Linked+In+.NET+User+Group+Events/index.html RSS: http://isaacabraham.calendar.live.com/calendar/Linked+In+.NET+User+Group+Events/calendar.xml ICS: webcal:/ /isaacabraham.calendar.live.com/calendar/Linked+In+.NET+User+Group+Events/calendar.ics
To put this in .NET terms.... Time PDT = "10:30 AM" EDT = PDT-EDT-Convert(PDT) string PDT-EDT-Convert(Time TimeZone) Time EDT = TimeZone + 3 ..... Actually I don't really know if this would work. Just having some fun. B
Well Its nice to see that Windows 7 is not a supported operating system for this conference and that you cannot listen to VOIP via the web browser interface. that means, I think, anyone with windows 7 is sol?
@Brian I just watched the whole event on Win7. I think you have a problem with your box. It worked here.
Awesome talk from Tim on Silverlight 3.0. :-)
Where is the record of this event? Is it up yet?
do we have a recording available?
