  • For the most part the few events I attended were job seekers however with an open mind and some time on your hands you can meet some very nice and interesting people and hey, ya never know who knows who. Speaking with a Job Seeker can lead to other connections. If this "cycle" doesn't get better in 2010 we may all be attending as Job Seekers (wink). And yes, the food options will be great, I've been to CG Miami and the food was excellent.

  • We strive to bring Recruiters together with job seekers. Currently, we are being very active behind the scenes to create awareness within the HR circles in Central Florida and let them know that Job Fairs are not the only place to find talent. Some events have had up to 7 different companies/recruiters while others have only job seekers. Like Randy said, you never know what job seeker knows a Recruiter looking for talent.
