Paint Saves the Day will be a first-time, exclusive collaboration with interior design firm Lucianna Samu Design of Saratoga, New York. To be published in the Spring of 2009, the book will feature interior painting design tips, instruction and commentary for readers including exclusive creative photography of Samu Studio’s clients’ interior design projects.

For over twenty years Samu Studios has been providing commercial and residential photography services for clients nationwide. Samu Studio’s images have been featured in over thirty books sold nationwide as well as on twelve national magazine covers in the last three years. Photographer Mark Samu’s photography is currently featured in Can’t Fail Room Makeovers, his 6th collaboration with Creative and is available in bookstores nationwide. This book contains creative ideas and information for readers to showcase a home to its fullest potential. The book includes photographs and instructions how to edit decor, rearrange furniture, display artwork and collections, and transform rooms with objects and paint.

Founded over fifteen years ago in New York City by Mark’s wife, Lucianna Samu Design has been helping homeowners create distinctive interiors in the Saratoga Springs, New York area for over eight years.  Lucianna Samu spent ten years as a decorative painter in the New York Metropolitan area working with leading designers and architects. She put away her paint brushes eight years ago and moved to Saratoga to become an Interior Designer, Space Planner and Color Expert.  Lucianna spent several years creating projects for Benjamin Moore Paints and has been a frequent contributor to many magazines and books.
