The course will give delegates an in depth knowledge of the use and techniques of the M_o_R® risk management method, as laid out in the Office of Government Commerce's (OGC) guide 'Management of Risk; Guidance for Practitioners'.
At the end of the course delegates can take the official M_o_R® Foundation and Practitioner exam. If in a later stage delegates want to take the official M_o_R® Practitioner exam they will have to have passed for the M_o_R® Foundation exam. M_o_R® Practitioner course will be delivered by an accredited training organization (ATO) M_o_R®. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups. The training materials are very complete.
