You are an aspiring manager or you may have been a manager for some time. Either way you may not have gained a qualification as you thought it would take too long or cost too much! Inspirational, local facilitator Stephanie Allen is holding a series of four highly interactive workshops in November and December to help you gain the ILM Award in First Line Management.

Many aspiring managers find it difficult to get promotion as they have no qualifications or experience. Likewise, managers who have been in post for years often lack confidence as nobody has told them if they're doing it right or wrong!

The Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in First Line Management is a dynamic, practical insight into management. Not only will it help new managers, but it will ratify and validate the skills that existing managers may have developed (and put a name to them!), thus giving confidence.

This programme will take place on four consecutive Mondays, starting on November 16th, in Norwich.

In order to gain the qualification, there is an assessment process which will be designed to reflect your work, rather than set you long essays to write!!!
