A results-oriented strategic plan that links the organization’s vision, goals, and strategies to detailed performance measures that are monitored in real or “near-real “time, enables organizations to act with agility in response to rapidly changing markets. This seminar will review key strategic planning components, and introduce the concepts of business intelligence (BI) reporting, dashboards, and analytics to help “close the planning loop”. Using BI, organizations can track their strategic metrics to assess their planning implementation results, and provide a feedback mechanism to decision-makers.
