WHY SUPPORT THE MOTOWN GALA?
The Motown Gala will attract over 200 Caledon residents. The magic of the night will be enhanced with the exquisite sound of the renowned Motown Boyz and a dinner that will be mouth-watering. But the true magic will lie in the hearts of the businesses and residents, who sponsor dinner and entertainment, donate articles for the auction and purchase tables and tickets. These are the real accomplishments that allow this spectacular fundraiser to soar and provide funds for critical health and social services for Caledon’s boys and girls, men and women, our neighbours and families who call this community their home.
WHY HELP CALEDON COMMUNITY SERVICES?
CCS’ mission of “helping people help themselves” is every bit as true today as it was in 1974 when its doors were opened to the community as a two-person information service. The agency is now “all things community” - an organization that provides services from the cradle to the grave. And it does that with a commitment that no one, not one person, should ever be left behind. It succeeds because of this community, its people and their commitment to all of Caledon.
The Motown Gala will help provide food and emergency heat to families in need, assistance to allow seniors to live independently as long as possible and support for children and youth. For more information about Caledon Community Services, and the programs we provide, please go to: www.ccs4u.org.
Not only will there be great food, excellent entertainment and a chance to contribute to the community but this is also an excellent opportunity to network with some very influential people.
