The FREE afternoon event will mark the opening of the Rockefeller Park Greenhouse’s beautiful indoor chrysanthemum (“mum”) exhibit and will feature family-friendly entertainment by local “Buskers” – street performers who make music, dance, mime, juggle, and happily entertain in general! Children’s activities will include face-painting, mask-making, and the potting of winter-flowering bulbs. Sales of light snacks and beverages, as well as a 50/50 raffle, will help support future Rockefeller Greenhouse programs. “Mum’s The Word” is produced by H/L Communications with generous support from Friends of Greenhouse.
