The subject of this event is "Managing Projects in Crisis".

The goals are to strengthen the skills of project managers to overcome challenges of the turbulent times we live in, so the topics will cover: - managing projects in time of crisis, meaning the economical environment and its sociological aspects; - managing project or project management offices in an organization that is in crisis; - managing projects that are in crisis (or going in the wrong direction); - resolving crisis on projects.

Dress code: business casual.
