Presentation II: Requirements Modeling PDUs 2 Cost: Free
This seminar looks at several types of modeling techniques used to define and organize complex business application systems. Included in this discussion are examples of data and process flow, context diagrams, process narratives, Use Cases and ERD diagrams. A case study of a Student Testing System modeled with Use Cases, process flows and Data Definitions will be provided as a take home handout.
Audience: Geared toward intermediate to advanced levels of project managers, business analysts and testers.
About our Presenter: Pat Garrett, PMP is a Senior Project Manager with the COMSYS Enterprise PMO, where she consults with clients and coaches Project Managers how to implement “best practices.” Pat has over 25 years experience working with both the public and private sectors. Pat has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2000, is the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office for COMSYS, and is currently serving as the Past President of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Project Management Institute (over 2500 members). In previous years she has served as one of five members of the PMI Congress Participant Action Team for the 2006 North American Congress.
