Michael McCann and Bob Faw will present tools for measuring the results of change, and the value of having those metrics. They will share tried and true methods of gaining buy-in from the change drivers and the people who are the engine of change. While there are no silver bullets that work all the time, the tools and models they will share have had great success many times.

You will also leave with ideas on how to generate commitment to the changes. The FACES Change Formula will help you influence others to support change more positively and powerfully. We will discuss the art of engaging employees meaningfully, and crafting the right questions to engage them with. You will hear how some of these tools were used with one of their clients and even watch a case study video that shows these tools in action.

Michael and Bob will discuss how to use small wins to build momentum during change processes. One key they will talk about is igniting passion through pride, accomplishments, dreams, connection, etc.

About our facilitators:
Like a “GPS of Change”, Michael McCann and Bob Faw have helped clients navigate to their desired destinations for twenty-one years. They are also “people mechanics” who provide training, coaching, team building and culture change activities to fine-tune people’s skills. They are dynamic speakers who will keep you engaged and participating throughout the presentation.
