Interesting, I am looking at a culture of change issues as it relates to Patient Care and the use of narrative story to observe the ethic of insurance and pharmaceutical practices. I actually now have a case study in the works with the goal to eliminate a need for malpractice suit. In the discovery process I also found supply chain issues on how drug distribution is managed that are an obstacle to patient care. Would love to get together.
