The Ultimate Obstacle to Effective Leadership
Presented by Tesla Motors - We will have a Tesla Roadster at the event for attendees to check out!
This month's speaker is Shayne Hughes, COO and Leadership Change Partner with Learning as Leadership.
Why is it that we know what we need to do to be effective leaders and yet, despite our best efforts, we sometimes fail – we lose our tempers, procrastinate, blame others, avoid difficult conversations?
In this lively and engaging talk combining lecture and inquiry, you will learn how your ego works (for and against you!) in terms of behavior. Understand how you can get in the way of achieving your goals, and discover your own potential obstacles to success, gaining new insights to help you be more effective personally and professionally
This event is offered at no charge (breakfast provided) and open to Technology Leaders, IT Managers & Directors, Engineering, CEO, CTO, CIO, VPE, Sr. HR, VC, Owner, Principal,
Please RSVP with your name, company, and title via email: to judy.davis@aesi.com by Monday, 11/11. Contact Craig Silverman for more info @ 408-733-2374 x32.
