This Program is ideally suited for Trainers (Behavioral / Technical), HR Managers, Training Managers, Faculty and Course designers and also for those who want to be professional trainers. The primary objective of this project is to help equip ‘experienced trainers/ managers’ with the acumen required in order for them to be exceptional in terms of: a). Speech Pathology: Understand fundamentals and basics of speech pathology including various components that go into ‘detection’ and ‘correction’ of speech disorders/ problems. b). Voice and Accent: The understanding and use of correct ’52 sounds’ in spoken English, correct syllable and word stress, pronunciation, Intonation using the award winning Bikram’s Model of Intonation (BMI™), Rhythm of speech, Word liaisons & reductions, and ability to communicate clearly and successfully with (US) customers. c). Communication Skills: Effective Communication and Listening Skills, Managing difficult trainees effectively, Behavioral attributes.
