Susan Katz is a certified business coach and CEO of The Growth Coach. Susan has over thirty years of publishing experience, beginning in sales and progressing into product development and management. She spent the last twenty years as a Vice President for two major publishing firms, responsible for growing small businesses within a large corporation. Her success in routinely achieving double-digit revenue growth and increasing profitability, stemmed from her understanding of key business drivers, and her dynamic and effective approach to staff development. Because her passion is working with people to help them develop both professionally and personally, Susan left corporate life to pursue full-time business coaching. In addition to coaching, Susan speaks about creating business and personal success, networking, strategic selling, strategic marketing, leadership leverage and working "smarter not harder". Susan is a member of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Women Business Owners. In addition, Susan serves on the Board of Associates for Kid's Peace, a non-profit foster care agency, and she is on the planning committee for the Baltimore Stadium Trek sponsored by the American Lung Association. Susan also volunteers her time at the entrepreneurial center at the University of Baltimore.
