Abdul-Aziz Al-Oraij [consult@aziz.oraij.com] (Director of KSU Portal and E-Services) . BPM concepts helped me on enhancing not just the way I work. It helped me even on enhancing my personal habits, and way of living. Mr. Roger and Eng. Bassam made a great team taking our hands to better harness the course. The best part however was the atmosphere that was fun and the great books prizes :) I highly recommend this course specially with Roger and Bassam.
Samir Akel (Senior Principle – Business Development at Devoteam) will be attending.
Roger Tregear (Consulting Director at Leonardo Consulting) will be attending.
Laila AlJindan, PMP, PMOC, ITILv3, MOF (Technical Account Manager at Microsoft) . Business Process Management is an interesting and beneficial course. It introduces me to the skills and techniques used in process management in addition to a number of useful analysis tools and creative thinking approaches. The course instructor Mr. Roger Tregear made the course even more interesting since we were applying what we’ve been learning in interactive groups. I really enjoyed attending this course and I highly recommend it!.
Fahad Al-Eid (IT Consultant at Saudi Telecom Company) . Well, it is one of the great courses that I attended and all the materials on that course are interested and the instructor is very great with a widely thinking. It is a very useful course with its tools for any organization especially that there is no organization works without business processes.
Kholoud Shaker (Application Analyst at King Abdulaziz Medical city, Riyadh) . i've attended this course and it was very informative and enjoyable. it helped me alot on my work: on how to desgin, redesign and improve the processes. what i liked the most when we worked as a group using most of the tools on different scenarios. I take this opportunity to record a note of thanks to my tutor whose help and encouragement were so much appreciated. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to obtain this qualification.
Mashael Al Hussayin (Communications Manager at Eye of Riyadh) . Fantastic course, wonderful tutor, and great learning tools :) I took BPM training back in January, and Roger Tregear was the instructor. The training was simply useful, because Roger has the ability to connect with his trainees. Not only did I walk away from the training with a new perspective on Business Process Management, but I walked away with a priceless analysis tool. It was useful to discuss ideas and confirm the ways of doing things. I liked having a small group exercises on scenarios and activity diagrams and the use case examples was beneficial. We had a lot of fun! and would simply recommend the course without hesitation..
