The alumni reunions are a time for batchmates to come together, share memories about their experiences at IT-BHU, and learn about the IT-BHU of today. It gives them a chance to reconnect and reminisce with their old friends, most of whom they have probably not seen for a long time. It also gives the alumni a chance to give something back to their alma mater, and also share their experiences with the current set of students. Alumni reunions of '76, '77, '79, '81, '82, '83 and '85 batches held during the past few years turned out to be great fun for the alumni who came back to IT in great numbers. This year, the silver jubilee reunion of the 1984 batch is going to be held from 25-27 December, 2009.
