The basic subject remain the same - how to adopt and adapt manufacturing and IT productivity methodologies and best practices to drive fast, smart and cost-effective improvement.
I will now also discuss and share some practical examples of Service Management and Capability Maturity model definition and usage Lean, Agile and 6-Sigma approaches in designing a "KYC Maturity Model" and a roadmap for process improvement and business value creation.
