Network Luton visits Leighton Buzzard
September 23, 2009 at 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
The Hunt Hotel, Leighton Buzzard
Leighton Buzzard & Linslade based businesses looking for the opportunity to increase their business potential will have a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded business owners, as the rapidly growing and popular independent network group, Network Luton, visit Leighton Buzzard for breakfast on Wednesday 23rd September.
Launched in 2006, Network Luton has over 130 members, and of its success Founder Steve Whiting says “our format is flexible and friendly, supporting local businesses through knowledge sharing, relationship building, collaborative opportunities and of course referrals. As a result weekly attendance is 25-30 businesses, and in 2008 we also developed and delivered a local authority sponsored event to 80 businesses.”
“Members travel to Luton from Bedford, Royston and Leighton Buzzard, and we have considered for some time how to best expand the group in these, and other locations.” Following an invitation from fellow NL member, Leighton Buzzard businessman and Councillor, Adam Fahn, it seemed appropriate for Steve and long-time member and Linslade based businessman, Dale Rockell, to organise an inaugural event.
Cllr Fahn comments “I have personally benefited from the Network Luton approach in my own business activities and believe the unique approach would greatly benefit Leighton Buzzard businesses. I welcome the opportunity to bring the NL format to the town and the possibility of weekly meetings for the local business community.”
The investment is just £7.50 for a full English breakfast. Places will go fast and are strictly limited to 40 people. To book your place contact Dale Rockell at hello@bestressfree.co.uk. Go to www.networkluton.org for more information about Network Luton.
