Negotiation doesn’t have to be ‘win-lose’ ... yet most people feel like they have to ‘fight’ to get what they want in a negotiation. We negotiate ‘all the time’ ... this discussion will help you become more effective and therefore less reluctant to negotiate for an ideal outcome. This panel discussion will look at the realities of negotiation, how to prepare for a negotiation, how to effectively negotiate without dropping into an argument and what to do when it does dissolve into a battle.
