The roundtable will be led by Jonathan Cohen a partner at Duane Morris who specializes in cross-border litigation. Jonathan will look at the litigation climate in the UK with an emphasis on those issues which affect business between the UK and the US. There will then be a roundtable discussion on the state of cross-border litigation in 2010. Participants include leading barrister Hugo Groves.
