This is the first edition of the french version of OSDC. Organized by the french Perl, Python and Ruby user groups, any opensource related presentation for a developer audience is welcome (e.g. from theoretical language design and JIT compiling VM implementations to practical talks like scaling web applications on the cloud or batch processing huge amount of data).
Most talks will probably be french or english speaking. Free entrance.
