Owning & Transcending FEAR in Execution of Our Leadership and Professional Mandate
November 23, 2011 at 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Gallagher Estates, Midrand
We have, in our work as executive leadership & teams coaches, as well as large scale change & organisation development experts, observed a dearth of courage and authenticity in leadership. This has prompted us to set up a non-profit organisation that seeks to use different methods to close the gap in these critical leadership capabilities, across all forms of leadership and organisation existence. This is our Launch Seminar. Come & listen to Gugu Zulu, the fastest brother in the land, Phici Mbatha, a passionate academic leader and entrepreneur, as well as Vusi Pikoli, from the Forensic Investigations space (and a respected law enforcement official). All will share what has earned them the invitation to share the stage on this momentous occassion. We also invite you to share your insights & comments about your experience and observations of leadership lapse as a result of lack of courage and authenticity. Bookings should be done through webtickets online.

Helgard Coetser (Operational Audit Specialist at South African Revenue Services) . Ezimnandi Izindaba, What an honour to know such a true leader as yourself. I am finishing off my LLB and specializing in indigenous law, the cultural law. Did you know that those old people had such a respect for the Zulu people that they already allowed the nation of the Zulu to have their own cultural laws, as codified in the legal acts of South Africa. This was done in 1875 already. This was always my dream, to discover the old ways, the hidden ways of the secrets in Africa, which was not written but the old people knew it through there traditions. I think I will pursue my next PHD on this subject. Many kind regards.
Goodnews Cadogan (Executive Director at Centre for Courageous Authenticity in Leadership) . To all those who were there, you made it possible for our advocacy campaign to be successful; without you it could not have happened. On behalf of CCAL, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Together with my team, we have already started planning for the next one in April. We are looking forward to having you then, as we explore, share, and reflect on the subject of courage & authenticity and their companion, fearless leadership.
