A first of its kind event for Scrum Evangelists from across India to gather together and to listen and share information on all things Scrum. The event will feature paper presentations, guest lectures, discussion sessions and showcases from the scrum community across India.
The event will have three streams:
1. Learn the ropes : basics of Scrum, Kaban, XP and Lean
2. BIg Agile : Stories of Scaling Scrum and Agile for large organization
3. Change Management : how to manage the Agile change
