The Digital Pioneers fund organizes the international conference on social innovation on the Internet on 28-29 October 2010. During these two days we explore the impact of small-scale civel society media projects. Where are we now since the beginning of the rise of social media initiatives? How did this affect the media landscape? And what are the challenges for these organizations and projects in the future? With national and international digital pioneers, inspired by keynotes of young leaders in the field of social media and anyone who believes in the power of the Internet as a catalyst of social innovation, we set the agenda for the next decade of social innovation on the Internet.
