Zero Emissions Day on September 21
September 21, 2012 at 1:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Welcome to ZeDay, the Global 24-hour Moratorium of Fossil Fuel Combustion. This is the day we've all been waiting for – a chance to stop powering up everything, go back to basics, and reflect on the future of our planet! The guidelines are simple:
1. Don’t use or burn oil or gas or coal.
2. Minimize (or eliminate) your use of electricity generated by fossil fuels.
3. Don’t put anyone in harm’s way: All essential and emergency services operate normally.
4. Do your best, have fun, enjoy the day!
